Jung's Typology creates insight into our way of acting, assessing and being in the world.

Jung's Typology, also called JTI, is a personality test that is used to discover which personality type the individual has. 

The personality profile describes the fundamental differences and similarities between people and is thus a very good tool when you want to create synergy and strengthen cooperation in a team.

Jung's Typology consists of 16 different personality types. 

 

JJung's Typology is based on Carl G. Jung's theory of psychological types. Huhn divided people into 16 different personality types based on 8 different preferences and 4 dimensions, also called way of being in the world.

The 16 type codes each have their own preference composition and thereby their own unique way of perceiving the world and entering into collaborations.

Each of the 16 type codes has its own description of a personality type. When you know your own type and preferences, you get a greater perspective from which to talk about yourself with your colleagues. At the same time, you gain a deeper knowledge of the other's way of perceiving the world and of entering into collaborations.

JTI describes the fundamental differences and similarities between people and is thus a very good tool when you want to create synergy andstrengthen cooperation in a team.
