Career coaching and advice is fantastic.
Career coaching is not Life Coaching, but coaching in a very specific context and with a clear and targeted purpose. It is therefore important that the result of the process is as professional and successful as possible when you work with people who each have their own skills, experience and experiences - and not least each their own dream of a job and a career.
Career coaching is about creating space for an open and honest dialogue about career dreams, where the individual's life, well-being and balance are in focus.
When you seek a career coach, it is in the vast majority of cases because you need to focus on your working life and because you want to develop and progress in your career.
Offering successful career coaching therefore means that you must be able to handle the dialogue that is about what career even means to the individual, and what can be done in relation to the development and use of competences in the organization, the individuals are employed in or in a new job.
On the course, you learn how to conduct these professional, constructive and development-oriented career coaching conversations with your clients as well as managers and employees who want to take new paths, or who may have been terminated and released.
If you are already a coach, this course will give you all the skills within career coaching, and where you will be able to offer your services both through your own company and as an employee in organisations.

The course is held over 2 days from 10.00 - 15.00 both days

1 personal Career Coaching session / 1,5 time

The date of the personal career coaching meeting is agreed before the first day of the course.
Before the course, you will receive preparatory material (11 selected questions) as well as a link to a validated Career Test, the Career Model, Decision Dynamics, which we review at the individual career coaching meeting of 1.5 hours.
In addition, you receive the book Successful Career Coaching (274 pages), (e-book) which is written on the basis of more than 9,000 individual sessions and 1,000 workshops and courses in career coaching and advice, as well as a Career Coach Guide.

You thus receive material (my book) with over 50 tasks that you can use in your coaching sessions as well as a Career Coach guide that ensures that you get off to a good start with each and every coachee or client.
In addition, you get a Career Test, which we review in a personal career coaching session, where you, among other things, get to know your own preference for career and where and how you can put your skills into play in the future and contribute in the best possible way.
At the same time, you also learn how to coach managers and employees in organizations and companies so that they develop their careers.
